Do I pay anything if my event is free?
No. Free events are completely free to run on Gigshack Tickets. No fees, no limits, no hidden charges.
Who pays the fees?
That's up to you. By default, fees are shown separately and paid by the ticket buyer at checkout. You can also choose to absorb fees into your ticket price so buyers see a single amount.
Are there any monthly fees or contracts?
No. There are no monthly fees, setup fees, or contracts. You only pay the platform fee and payment processing when you sell a paid ticket.
Can I add my own fees?
Yes. You can add a booking fee, facility fee, or service charge on top of your ticket price. You control the amount per ticket type.
What payment methods do you accept?
We support all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, and Google Pay via Stripe. Bank transfer (Bacs) is available for larger transactions.
