2. Tickets & Purchases

All ticket prices are displayed in the currency shown and include applicable fees. Tickets are non-refundable except where required by law or as stated in our refund policy.

Purchasing a ticket grants you a non-transferable license to attend the event, subject to the event organizer's terms and conditions.

3. Service Fees

A platform service fee is applied to each order. This fee is displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase and is included in the total amount charged.

4. Cancellation by Organizer

If an event is canceled by the organizer, you will receive a full refund including all fees. We will process the refund to your original payment method.

5. Cancellation by You

Tickets may not be canceled or refunded after purchase unless stated otherwise on the event page or required by applicable law.

6. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use our platform to purchase tickets for resale at a profit, use automated tools to circumvent purchase limits, or misrepresent your identity.

8. Liability

Our platform acts as an intermediary between you and event organizers. We are not responsible for the conduct of events, changes to event details, or the actions of event organizers.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
